Payment : We accept Paypal payments which can process all your payment requirements securely.  UK only - cheque & Postal Order Cheques : Cheques take 5 working days to clear after receipt. It is at our sole discretion whether your item is dispatched prior to cheque clearance.   Please make sure you put the correct address and postage on the envelope as the payment will not reach us otherwise.  We will not collect or pay for under-paid postage.

Packing - We take pride in our packing and all items are professionally packed.  In the unlikely event that your item is mislaid or damaged in transit, we will assist in the claim process by providing proof of postage so you can make your own claim.  We will not get involved in the process further than this.  Please remember your claim is with the postal service and not with us.  Postal insurance is recommended and will be offered at checkout.  If you do not agree to this, do not buy/bid.  By bidding/buying this item it will be deemed that you have read and agree to this.   The term P & P means Postage Packaging Material and Handling cost. We try to provide our customers with a good service consisting of quality packaging (please see our feedback).

Feedback : If you are happy with your purchase when it arrives, we would appreciate it if you would leave positive feedback.  We will then leave feedback;  this is our double check method of ensuring that you have, firstly, received your purchase and, secondly, that you are completely satisfied. Negative feedback will be left for ALL non-paying buyers without exception. Please do not bid/buy if you do not intend to pay to avoid this.

Combined Purchases : Combine your book purchases and  a reduced p&p for each additional book despatched in same package.  Full postage will be charged on the heaviest book and reduced postage for each additional item.  This offer applies only to book purchases. This applies to UK only.  International sales will be priced on combined weight.

Copies/Information : Please do not ask for copies of pictures or any information contained in any book as this will NOT be provided.  All images of products remain the property of the respective publishers/authors.  Please do not ask for valuations or information. There is plenty of information on eBay and auction house sites where you can see what price items may sell for. All such enquiries will be ignored.

Exchanges: In order to protect copyright issues, we will only exchange/replace any unopened item (other than as set out below). Buyer to pay full cost of return and replacement postage and any additional cost of replacement item. For any item to be exchanged, goods must be returned unused, in perfect re-saleable condition, including original undamaged/unopened packaging and with the original delivery note. Exchanges will cover the costs of the goods only, and will not include any delivery costs. Further delivery charges will be the actual costs of delivery, which depends on the weight & size of the goods ordered.
Refunds: Immediate refund ONLY if item is proved not to be as described. No refunds for faults clearly described or for buyer disappointment. No refund given on items damaged during transit. Full purchase price refunds only, no partial refunds with buyer retaining the item. Refunds only given after the item is returned in the original wrapping and in the condition it was sent. No refund will be made for postage costs. For any item to be returned and receive a refund, goods must be returned unused, in perfect re-saleable condition, including original undamaged/unopened packaging and with the original delivery note. Proof of posting must be obtained when returning or exchanging items and kept until receipt.
Insurance: Insured shipping is always available, so refunds or compensation cannot be expected for loss or damage when a buyer uses an uninsured shipping service. We will not be responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
Exemptions: This only applies to “new” and not “used” or "seconds" books, antiques or furniture and non-stock items procured specifically for the customer, where there is no exchange/return/refund offered.
